Q: How far out do you book?
A: I typically book out one to two months in advance and even further during the holidays. The sooner you know your event date and order, the better!
Q: Why is no refund given if I cancel my order within seven days from pick up?
A: At seven days of the ordering process, I have already sent you sketches of your order and ordered the supplies needed. I cannot issue a refund after making this investment.
Q: Are your cookies dairy-free?
A: They can be! I have made dairy-free custom cookies in the past and can do so for your custom order.
Q: Do you have sugar-free options?
A: At this time, I do not have sugar-free decorated custom cookies. However, I can do sugar-free drop cookies.
Q: How are the cookies packaged?
